The Best BBQ Ribs

Cook up our famous Montana's ribs using our Rib & BBQ Sauce Kit. In the kit, a two 12 bone racks of our in-house smoked pork back ribs, fully cooked. All you have to do is choose your flavour of our signature BBQ sauce. We all love tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs right?

You Will Need:

• Ribs & BBQ Sauce Meal Kit

On the grill or in the oven, these ribs will have you getting saucy in no time.

Directions for the Grill:

1. Remove your ribs from the packaging.
2. Preheat your BBQ on low to reach a temperature of 250℉-300℉ (120℃-150℃).
3. Sauce those ribs up with your favourite Montana's signature sauce.
4. Place the ribs on the grill meat side up and close the lid. Check on them every few minutes, until they are soft and pliable. This should take about 10 minutes.
5. Turn up the heat and slather more BBQ sauce on the ribs. Flip them over, meat side down so that your sauce can caramelize.
6. Make sure ribs are reheated to 165℉ (74℃) before enjoying!

Directions for the Oven:

1. Remove your ribs from the packaging.
2. Preheat your oven to 250℉-300℉ (120℃-150℃).
3. Sauce those ribs up in your favourite Montana's signature sauce. Wrap them up in tin foil and place them on a baking sheet in the oven.
4. The ribs will take approx. 30 minutes to warm up but time will vary based on your oven.
5. Make sure ribs are reheated to 165℉ (74℃) before enjoying!
