All our ribs are rubbed with our signature rib rub and left to marinate for 24 hours to ensure maximum flavour.
To get the perfect flavour, our ribs are smoked in-house low and slow with hickory wood for approx. three hours.
Sauced up in your favourite signature BBQ sauce, the ribs are ready for the grill. We get ‘em caramelized on both sides and serve you up the bold flavour we know you love.
