After submitting your event inquiry, you will receive an email or phone call stating that we have received your request. A representative will respond to your request within 48 hours to discuss your event details and proceed with your booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the date of your event should any details change after the confirmation emails are sent. Please phone the Montana's restaurant you booked at to speak with a manager directly and cancel or request any changes.
We encourage each member of your party to arrive on time, but we understand that situations will arise causing some people to be late. If there are members of your party who are more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you inform our staff and have all members that are present proceed with their orders. Please be aware that seating for your party may need to be rearranged if a significant number of guests are late or are unable to attend.
